博士（工学）。東京大学大学院工学系研究科都市工学専攻博士課程修了。
国立環境研究所社会環境システム研究センター特別研究員、忠南発展研究員(韓国) 上級研究員、韓国科学技術院(KAIST)未来戦略研究センター上級研究員を経て、現職。

専門は、ビックデータ分析と都市・地域計画、地域イノベーション、社会ネットワーク分析など空間政策と情報科学を組み合わせた幅広い研究。
日本計画行政学会 若手研究優秀賞、日本計画行政学会 第35回全国大会優秀発表賞、日本都市計画学会 論文奨励賞を受賞。
